Not good. signed up and took out a contract with British Gas -- received confirmation email from TCB that it was tracked for £50 cashback. Signed into my account to check progress over next week or so without problems. After 4 weeks tried to sign in and my account had vanished. Emailed them and they said they will look into it and could take 10 days. Feel conned.0

is it just me or is it suspicious the amount of singles post users who join only to complain
same person ??
Not in my case !.
It was simply because I searched for "topcashback account deleted" and came to this website link, I registered so I could try to warn others. It's a good con for topcashback to get the commision from people and then not have to pass it on by deleting their account. If they delete only a small proportion of newly registered users who then buy through them they make a lot of money for themselves. In my case for example a new british gas contract and £50 for topcashback. Do that to 100 people and they've made £5000. They should be closed down. I stopped my british gas contract so they won't get any business from me.0 -
I just realised a bunch of click-throughs to different merchants haven't tracked for me. I've just filed claims for 5 of them but there were others over 100 days ago that they won't follow up! Topcashback used to be reliable so I didn't have to chase them but now this is getting to be a trend for them0

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to leave feedback for a merchant? I am furious with William Hill for refusing my cashback with the reason "player not found" when I can log on to my account and clearly see the bet I placed to qualify for cashback. Thanks0

this website is worthless. I purchased o2 phone contract through them and earned £73.5 cash back. This amount was on my account for about 2 weeks after my purchase, also even received my monthly statement with exactly the same £73.5 for O2 transaction and then suddenly I have discovered that this amount has been changed down to £35. Made a claim, forwarded my monthly statement to them but of course: "After looking into the offer history on the date of 25/09/2014, there wasn''t an offer for O2 for up to £74.00 cashback" and "We don''t reduce the amount of cashback awarded to a member after the transaction has taken place" so of course "Unfortunately we will not be able to recover any further cashback for you" Thats how they work, completely lack of professionalism. DO NOT TRUST THEM!0

and they've now closed their forums where users could impart useful info on merchants, not paying out for example.0

I've had two claims outstanding with them since August 2014. Almost 7 months later we still haven't received the £55 expected cutback for two orders of Disneyland Paris tickets. Customer Care is woeful. Avoid.Cider Country Solar PV generator: 3.7kWp Enfinity system on unshaded SE (-36deg azimuth) & 45deg roof0
