Becoming increasingly difficult to get money out of them.

No wonder they're offering £15 'commission' for new members - word must be spreading, and they need to replace all the old ones they've dumped, or who've jumped ship.

Hmmm, seems to have gone a bit sour over there now. Was about to sign-up and give them ago, but I think I shall go to another site with a better reputation.

I've topcashback on four different purchases in the past two months. Not one of them registered the money owed. I launched missing claim tickets and they have 'approved' them but now I am waiting on the merchant.

A total waste of time. I might as well have not of bothered.

Never had a problem with them. Been using their site for about 5 yrs and I've had nearly £400 back. My partner about the same.

The only payout I didn't get was with Ocado as I had a free delivery voucher so decided to use them instead of Tesco. They told me I didn't qualify for cash back? Maybe because I'd used a voucher/code.

Saw the ads on TV and thought I'd give them a go. Did a few offers, waited 3 months for the cashback to be payable. Made a request to cash out, heard nothing so emailed them. They killed my account as they suspected abuse.

Total sham. I do not recommend to anyone. Quidco and iMutual are so much better.

topcashback is slightly worrying.When I bought small things it paid out initially but now they are playing games.My last few transactions are being so called put on ice esp since the payout is huge.My sister in law has had same issue with sky and on ice payment has led to non payout.
