Cheapest so far is EPostal at £38.00 http://www.epostal.mirrorz.com/ but their website leaves me unconvinced! Have I been spoiled by good looking easy to use sites?!

maybe they are another parcelbee? anyone used them before?

Booked a collection with Parcelbee on Sunday evening. The previous 5 collections were made by UPS, however this was booked with DHL who failed to turn up. Parcelbee haven't to responded to an email I sent them at 6.30pm, although having previously had no problems with a collection I don't know whether they generally respond the next morning?

I'll need to post the item via the Post Office now to guarantee delivery. Do Parcelbee generally refund for failed collections or will I need to file a Paypal dispute?

I had 7 parcels to pick up yesterday (Monday) and DHL have said that its not going to happen ,it looks like Parcelbee has done a runner with our money,if paypal can/will refund the money well your guess is as good as mine?

Same thing happened to me - two failed collections (same one) so am now booking elsewhere. Looks like Parcelbee are finished.

Sorry if its already been covered but i (stupidly) decided to give Interparcel a second chance after numerous problems a year or so ago! Urgent next day delivery booked with them for collection - paid higher than normal price for the guranteed delivery service however it turns out that although delivery is guaranteed, collection is not (kind of pointless one without the other IMO), but if you book on Monday for next day delivery you would assume that would be delivered on Tuesday - ummm no! If you book on Monday they may not collect until Thu for example and then if they deliver on the Friday you have no claim as they delivered next day from when it was collected from you!

Would not be an issue if they could say why collection failed (courier direct confirmed it had not been booked with them by Interparcel) but all Interparcel would say is its not their fault, nothing they can do and hopefully it will be collected today (not much point as the customer needed it for today)!

Again sorry if there are other interparcel complaints or their incompetance has already been fully discussed on here but wanted to warn others that giving them a second chance is not worth it as they have not learned any better customer service or processing skills since last year - sorry.

Sounds familiar. I booked a collection with Parcelbee on Friday afternoon. Should have been collected yesterday (monday) by DHL, but no-one turned up. I emailed Parcelbee late yesterday afternoon, but I'm still waiting on a response. Having just checked the tracking information on the DHL website, it says they only received the shipment information at 2043 hour last night. Crap service!!

*** UPDATE *** I've just phoned DHL and they say they have no record of any collection arranged for my address and the tracking number I have relates to some other order. I've emailed Parcelbee again but still waiting on a response.

Sorry to hear about all your troubles with parcelbee. I hope you get your money back. Please keep us informed. I was thinking about using PB next week but could never get thru to their cs.

I do know that if you paid with your mastercard \ visa you would have a better chance getting your money back as it would come under fraud. If your parcels have not been pick up, you should also get written confermation from the courier (UPS or DHL) that PB has not contacted them. If you can't wait for them to post the letter, ask them for a fax or a PDF attachment which you can print off at home and it ensures that your can't alter things.

When it comes to paypal, I don't know how it works. If you loaded funds into your account by credit card, the above may apply but if not,my advice would be to write to them sending copies of all the relevent info.

Parcel bee email that confirms pickup,
A letter from DHL or UPS to confirm that no time was arranged and that they have no info about your order,
A screen shot of your paypal account showing the money was taken by ParcelBee.

So who does this leave that you would recomend using? Parcel2go? Looking at their prices for a 30KG box to finland with the same dimensions as parcelbee 120cm by 60 by 60cm, they are very expensive
I use multimatcher lazza which has the tab "bonus if 0-0"

Is it just me but have the prices of the companies i.e parcel2go and pacelmonkey jumped up. I tried to get a similar quote using the max dimensions (120 by 60 by 60 cm for 30KG) given by parcelbee to Finland and everyone's price was over £100. The cheapest I've found was interparcel at £50 plus vat, but when i dropped the weight down to 25kg, parcel2go became the cheapest at £35 + vat. It just seems that prices are competly different from January when I last checked them

    I've checked interparcel
parcel money (very expensive as it only gave me a 1-2 day service to finland)
    parcel2go
    parcel bee (no more?)

    anyone else?

Edit: I've just come across pharosparcel.com and offered a fantastic price of £25ish for 30kg (60cmby60cmby60cm). I can't believe how cheap but was wondering if anyone has used them before and what couriers have the used. I have read in another post that UPS was used. Any thoughts on pharosparcel?

  • Looks like PB's formsite account has been suspended or is dead. Perhaps they didn't pay that bill either?

Trying to click on any of their links and you get a formsite error

Oh well, was good while it lasted. Hope everyone gets their money back.
