I did a company check on them, and whilst I'm probably going to get shouted at for saying this (but hey they've peed me right off!!) their director lives at the address given on their website under 'contact us'

Well i hope people get their money back or he may be getting a visit .

damn it - missed a trick with the top cashback thing. Is that per parcel please?! Or just the first time you use them?

Also who is cheaper for Europe delivery please - because parcel monkey are quoting me £51.60 for the same item parcelbee charged me £13.50 for

    Thanks

What size parcel etc? I think the cheapest to Europe are either Parcels Please or collectmyparcel.com depending upon where and weight etc.

Yopu won't actually ever see that money! Trust me. It's partly the reason I stopped using PM (that and the fact they use CityLink).

Do you know anyone who has actually been paid through TopCashback? (Or QuidCo - see earlier posts in this thread). Just a scam by ParcelMonkey.

    its 45 x 55 x 17 cm and 4kg

Its going to Malta which is the problem I think - seems to be more expensive than everywhere else!!

collectmyparcel is quoting £65.00 and parcelsplease dont ship to Malta!!

    :-(

Cheapest so far is EPostal at £38.00 http://www.epostal.mirrorz.com/ but their website leaves me unconvinced! Have I been spoiled by good looking easy to use sites?!

I have had no problem getting cashback with Parcel 2 Go :)
  • Booked a collection with Parcelbee on Sunday evening. The previous 5 collections were made by UPS, however this was booked with DHL who failed to turn up. Parcelbee haven't to responded to an email I sent them at 6.30pm, although having previously had no problems with a collection I don't know whether they generally respond the next morning?

I'll need to post the item via the Post Office now to guarantee delivery. Do Parcelbee generally refund for failed collections or will I need to file a Paypal dispute?
