    Hi

I've browsed this thread but wondered if anyone could point me to a cheap company for small parcels - generaaly 1 - 2kg and dimensions max 40 x 30 x 15cm? I've seen £4.99+VAT on parcel2ship but most of the other companies have been much higher.

    Thanks

    Vix

If you you have a large qty to send easch week then you should be able to negotiate a deal direct with one of the courier companies. If you are 3 or 4 items a week then this will not be available to you and i think royal mail will be best for light items assuming they are not expensive light items

    Hi all
New to the forums but been signed up to the emails for years so thought I would try on here for help.
Anyone know of a reliable 'large item' collection and delivery outfit?
I do mean large! Plenty of man with a van places around but I need a company (probally a two man lift) to pick up an american fridge freezer that is 220cm high and wieghs nearly 300kg!
From Reading to Woking - 25miles
I know its going to be costly but I need it done.
    Thanks for any help

    300kg - two man lift - i'm glad i'm not one them!
    Is it really 300 kg?

Gotta be everyones favourite myhermes for £3.49 plus vat (that even covers NI i think). They're not that fastest starter out of the blocks but bear with them and when you get to know your local collection rep its a breeze!! Send me a private message and i'll get you a 20% off your first order so you can try them.

Theres's been a lot of complaints both here and the ebay community boards abot my hermes. So I would do some research before using them

Anything around the 1kg mark its normally cheaper to use RM

Im afraid so, them americans do make them biggggg!
a 'Two man lift' normally involves 2 men an hydraulic lift/trolley and a very large van with a hydraulic tail lift.

Hmmm... for pallets, they seem like good prices. I dont know any one who's actually used them though
  • Hi all, I see parcel2go are offering multi (3) parcels via DHL for either £3.99 or £4.99 depending on weight but with a collection surcharge of £5 and £10 respectively. The local DHL brance is very close to me, can I deliver parcels to branch and avoid the collection surcharge?
  • I used www.parcelbee.co.uk for the first time on friday, parcel collected, and delivered today a great 24hour delivery for £5.99.
