And yes, I have read previous posts first:)
It seems Parcelbee is the way to go, but I'm just checking. £25 is still quite a lot to pay for old photos and albums, so I'm looking for cheaper but reliable. Parcel2go is misleading because it says from £14.81 ex VAT but the quote comes up at over £45. Speed is not an issue...“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. I think you will find that is actually a very good price. In the past i've paid way more than that to send to USA.
You could make it more worthwhile by sending more items at the same time as you have plenty of weight left to go - or scan them and email them free.0 -
Hi,
I need to send a parcel from the uk (yorkshire) to spain and later also to the netherlands. Currently I think I might use parcelbee or collectmyparcel, but I'd like to know how reliable these are? Is there any relatively cheap company out there with a god track record and good customer service?
I'm not looking for the absolute cheapest here, but a cheap service that is trustworthy. The packages will contain mostly books, clothes and maybe some food.0 -

Hi
We always use collectmyparcel.com, they're not as cheap as ParcelBee, but we've never had a problem with them and their customer service has always been fantastic.0 -

Emweaver,
We do have a contract with DHL who carry out our International shipments via air.
In terms of UK shipments City Link carry out most of our domestic business. If you wish not to use them but still would like to deal with Parcel Monkey then all I can say at this stage is check the website next week.;)
have you dropped citylink now? see you only mention DHL :T, Fedex and TNTWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -
Now they just need to match ParcelBee's prices (£6.17 UK 24hr) and I'll consider going back to them

is the parcelbee price for dhl?
Well, they do show on their tracking four companies which at first implied DHL(HDN now) FedEx, TNT and UPS
Ive never had anything collected by any other companies apart from UPS. Im not too bothered either, as Paypal have options to add tracking for DHL, FedEx and UPS0
