Hard to say as like dispatchbay everyone gets their own rates i think i send office chairs they are approx 80 x 50 x 40 with a weight of maybe 15-20 they charge me £7.50 total each parcel.
    ask them maybe.

Parcel force are the worst of a bad bunch unless you have an account dont use them.

Its clear we all have our preferable carrier to use. Mine used to be City Link via Parcel Monkey, however City Link (Chelmsford) service has really declined over the last 18 months. For me Parcel Force is great, why?, because they have a regular driver for this area who you can rely on actually collecting the parcels at pretty much the same time each day, not like City Link, they have got to the stage where they could go 2 days without collecting and when you have customers waiting for their deliveries it has a negative effect on my business.

Yes Parcel Force can be slightly higher in costs but they are reliable, in my area anyway.

    all of them will.........
You might want to expand on that a bit! If you purchase via one of the resellers how exactly do you tell the courier not to pick it up and you will be dropping it off at their depot? On the ones I have used there is no where you can state this so the chances are the driver will still turn up at your address anyway.

I am currently paying <£6 each inc VAT for Q of 2 or more of 5KG parcels from Ipostparcels.com using 10% code tweet01 - is there any cheaper UK next day option or is that still the cheapest?

I decided to go with parcelflight.co.uk and I managed to get everything down as I realised overestimates weren't helping with the price. I revised the package size to 75x55x15cm (originally quoted 80x60x20cm) and the weight to 11kg (from 12kg) and now the price has dropped to £70 insured!

They've been brilliant with their customer support too and called me up just now to explain to me that it would be picked up and delivered to Manchester airport by UPS today and then delivered via DHL Express tomorrow and told me they would email me the DHL tracking number tomorrow.

Looking good so far! Let's hope my luck doesn't run out. Will let you guys know how it goes.

I found support rather hard to contact and collections missed / labels take ages to arrive - but they are cheap and get it done eventually.

They were cheapest at £13.01 + VAT for 35KG next day via City Link - handy.

Hi - could anyone update me please -

I'm looking for a cheaper option for a small parcel to Germany - low value, 1-2kg, slow delivery would be ok -

Cheapest via Royal Mail would be roundabout 10 squid which is far more than the parcel's value...

    Thanks very much!

Dont think you will beat £10 by anyone else, i would use RM.
