£114!!! You would be better off getting a quote from USPS (United States Postal Service) who will pass on to Parcelforce in the UK. Don't forget about possible import charges.

Hi I'm new to this thread and apologise if this has been answered earlier, but I'm looking to post an item which I am selling on Ebay (sewing machine). It weighs 7.5 KG and will stay in the UK.

Can someone tell me the best way to post this for a reasonable price. The guide suggests myhermes would be cheapest, but it seems to be getting mixed reviews.

Please can someone give me some advice.

id try city link though parcel monkey..might not be cheapest by a couple of quid but generaly ok service assuming its boxed well
