Let me guess where this is leading?0 -

Doesn't the whole City Link via ParcelMonkey (whose website seems to be down at the moment) Vs Parcel2go price depend upon size and weight?0

Hi, just had this sent to me via PM:
Our website [parcelmonkey.co.uk], along with many others, is down due to a failure with the host company 1 and 1.
Could you put this message on MSE please as I am unable to and ask our customers to try again later.
This information concerning 1 AND 1 is all over twitter etc so can be confirmed.0 -

Is it just me, or are GWizz victims of their own success at the moment? Still waiting for a "code" from them this morning () and they have a message on their website saying "The G WIZZ Courier Services phone service will open today at 9.30am. If you call before this time, the phones still may ring but we will not be able to answer the calls and you still may be charged. Our new opening times from Thursday 29th Sep will also be 9.30am." Yesterday their customer services were also closed between 08.30 and 1pm.
Does not bode well. Just to warn anyone thinking of using them. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

I think so, sounds like they're too busy. Personally I want my labels available when I book. So they're accessible via an instant booking e-mail. I couldn't do with booking and then having to come back and check for labels the next day.0 -

After this morning I don't think that I would use them for CityLink again. From memory, I think you get the UPS labels from them fairly immediately (but don't quote me on that). I only really use them for large/heavy.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
