They sound too cheap to be true and if you Google their address (24 Greville Street, London) it comes up with a virtual office company so it sounds a bit dodgy to me!
Plus that address is one of those buildings with lots of companies in with the same address
Has anyone actual proof that they have used them and that they are any good?
I've arranged a collection through these couriers for later this week so will update. They've been very prompt in responding to queries .0 -
Please help!!!
I need to send regular small parcels, around 50+ per week, (small shoebox sized) that weigh around 1kg.
These need to be signed for upon collection and will be going to business users so will need to be delivered 9-5 mon to fri.
What is the cheapest way to do this???
I was going to use myhermes but they have a lot of bad reviews and can take up to 5 days. RM are ok but you have to take to postoffice and this would take a lot of time.
The items to be posted are not worth much so don't need to be insured but because of this the postage needs to be cheap.
Many thanks in advance for any help received0 -

I've recently used The Parcel Delivery Company to send a 4kg parcel from Staffordshire to Melbourne, Australia for £22. I thought, do I risk it at the time, sounds pretty cheap for 4kg, but thought, may as well as it would be a bargain if they were good. And ....they were.
Delivery time was under a week, given there was a bank holiday, they arrived on the day requested, and in the paperwork received when sending, it did state who to contact in case they didnt arrive.
Within a couple of hours of placing the order, all paperwork was received on email from the company and I was advised it was UPS who would be delivering (even better for £22).
You can track through the multiple courier company websites, all are linked on their webpage.
The only downside, which isn't really a downside, if you keep tracking the parcel, it does appear to bounce arround a bit (mine went from Staffordshire to London to Germany (2 locations) to Philidelphia USA, Kentucky USA, Honolulu, Melbourne, Sydney, Melbourne). Dont fully understand all the stops but I assume this main locations where UPS tracking depots are, the same with going from Melbourne to Sydney and back to Melbourne - I'm assuming this is for Customs.
Overall, good value for money and will use them again.0 -

Hi, all sounds good. I wouldn't worry about the tracking, it was probably just one of those parcels that got mis-routed, main thing is it got there without too many delays. UPS are v good!0 -
I ordered a next day delivery thru interparcel on 21/6/11
Paid my money and waited in all the following day 0800-1800 for collection by UK MAIL
A complete no-show. No card left - no call to the phone number I provided
Interparcel customer service line closes at 1700
Uk mail customer service told me driver was finished for day - I was welcome to drop parcel at depot (3 miles from my house)
No use as I had to leave for work
They collected at 0800 this morning with no explanation
Interparcel apologised but stated that they don't compensate for 'fail to collects'
can't get my head round the arrogance of both companies and their lack of interest in the fact that they have wasted my time and taken money for a next day service they failed to supply!!!
Won't be using either service again0 -

I don't think Interparcel let you down, it was UK Mail who didn't collect it on the date you requested. Next day starts from when it was collected not when it was requested to be collected.
It's annoying when it happens but it's one of those things and happens with them all.0
