myparceldeliveries also very expensive for DHL too. I think someone said before that they're working with Parcel2Go or re-selling Parcel2Go services? I'd stick with more established larger re-sellers so you know what you get and get the support you need.

Can anyone give me some advice.

I've just sold my netbook on ebay for £230 and am looking for somewhere to deliver from uk to uk address for a good price. The total weight of package is 3kg.

Anyone reliable and do i have to get compensation?

There are plenty to choose from the thing to remember is that none of them will offer insurance or cover should it get damaged (only lost). So pack it very well indeed and don't spend any money on extra insurance cover when purchasing.

Final update and I can forget this sorry saga.

In fairness, I like to report a balanced view and must say I'm pleased to announce that, although outside the allotted time, DHL did arrive to pick up my parcel. The driver was as confused as I was, not least because DHL customer services said it wasn't booked and yet the driver had been given a second collection for my address (among a number of others at the end of his shift!).

All in all, it's the lack of communication that have let Parcel Monkey down IMHO. I'm not saying other companies are better or worse, but with their policy of responding so slowly, it was a very unpleasant experience for me.

Despite having success using Parcel Monkey in the past, this one bad experience means I'll be seeking another service next time.

Well i thought i would ignore all the negative comments and go with parcel monkey. I waited in all day as i got email saying that parcel would be collected today and it is now 6pm and no one came. I am quite irritated as it has wasted my day waiting in and i will probably end up with my first negative feedback because of them!

Dunno what to do now.have emailed them

Don't ignore the comments, granted if there was only one then you could let that go but there are so many negative comments at the moment for Parcel Monkey.
