the compensation may be £50 however pm cancelled, so the OP should get what the item was worth

After all, it was not lost was it? and citylink failed to provide a signature
That isn't what my posting is about.

Just to provide some balance - I have sent 3 parcels with PM this week, all collected OK and delivered in 2 days.

    Don't get complacent, PM. ;)

    You're welcome.

Unfortunately my impartiality can not be bought. :A

Well, maybe...:rotfl: Actually, I'd settle for you keeping the same prices (or lower?) but ditching CityLink 'cos it annoys me that they insist on a signature on collection. I use other resellers for days when I'm not at home 'cos I can safely leave stuff in the porch around here.

Interesting. My guy always takes a signature, and I have specifically asked what would happen if I wasn't in, could he still take it and he said no, he would leave it, couldn't take it without a signature.

Citylink have to be the worst by far...

Firstly I had the issue of them leaving a parcel in garage without signature (they blamed Parcel monkey). By the way, I received an update today from parcel monkey that citylink will go back to the customer to obtain the signature for parcel left in garage without consent of myself. Still dont know what happened but judging by what happened today with citylink Im thinking now it is citylink who lied.
I now have tracked two failed collections - they have stated our premises were closed!! An outright lie!
Why is it so hard to send a parcel.
Am now going to rebook with parcelforce - wish me luck.

Am still awaiting my refund from parcel monkey for failed HDNL collection - how long does it usually take. Have requested refund for the two non existent attempts at collection today too.

Parcel2ship just don't reply to emails about the £50 compensation owed for HDNL loss over two months ago.
