yep staying away from it...but i've already got them!! never mind, i've already earmarked some books and dvds to sell to help make up for the cost. i'm going to be extra good with my spending for this month, to justify the cost.

    you wouldn't believe it though...

remember the saga of the two brcly card payments that left my current account but didn't ever reach barclycrd. hence i had 2 missed payments on my credit file, and 2 lots of late fees. they refunded me one of the fees, but we still could never find the money (only small, one payment for £100 another for £10). when i call them, they say call my bank, when i call my bank, my bank says to call them...basically my money was just floating around cyberspace, and I had a black spot on my credit report which was not my fault....

i've paid off and closed the brclycrd anyway, and just thought S*d it, i guess i'll never see that money again. lo and behold, there's a cheque from brclycrd this morning, for £134.28!!!! the two payments, plus a refund of the late fees and any interest that might have been deducted!!! i can hardly believe it. i have called them to thank them and am now in the process of writing them a letter asking them to take the late payments off my credit report.

how's that for customer service after the customer has already left!

hope it's a nice dfw day today (drink lots of water!!!)

*crawls back to sleep now as had no sleep last night as me and OH had a whopping row*
