hey sea, you're doing very well anyway, just checking out your figures in your sig. just keep chipping away at it, it will all go away soon.

where did you download the food plans from?

couldn't get into the open air show with doggie today (apparently furry grey shadows weren't allowed). we did have a lovely walk around greenwich though and then home with a very sleeeeeeeeepy doggie.

Saturday is another day. not much planned. going to work with hubby (shadow tagging along again) to help him with mailout. then we'll be home relaxing and watching dvds. got to post off a book i sold on amazon. gosh you forget all those little things don't you....

hope you all have a nice early night tonight!!:D

    Hey love

I did nose out for the dog and owner but couldnt see :( Shame you werent allowed in but hells bells- that queue!!!! Never seen anything like it in all my days!

dare I say it you didnt miss much, soe of it was cool, but the layout meant you couldnt really see anything wherever you were. We left after an hour
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

well today is the day i get ready to get back out to work and try to continue being a dfw. if i can make the week carrying in my lunch and not going to the pub then i would say i've been successful. i'm keeping my fingers crossed. please keep your fingers crossed for me too.

i've already paid my transport for the week it's £11.60. giving myself an extra £20 for the week for little emergency extras....

    hi,

I used some of my ebay profits to buy them...
http://www.budgetmeals.co.uk/ I got the basic budget meals ebook. Showed it to OH and he was quite supportive...which makes a change when it comes to food!
Hope you have a good day, despite the miserable weather!
