Thank you very much
So I guess XP will not include any software - autoroute , acrobat etc . Its not a problem and the price is excellent so i'm going to take the plunge .Currently says 1-2 days . Also its 3.0ghz in title but 2.66ghz in description . Which seems strange ( mentioned earlier )
I'm off to order now0 -

If you look back at my earlier posts you can see the exact spec of the machine I received from Dabs.com for £229.99 + del. It came with a graphics card which had analogue and DVI output so you can put any monitor on it. It does not have a media card reader. As others say - probably better to buy a new printer! How old is the printer? I thought I had the same problem as you and was going to buy a converter of parallel to serial but I found a USB connection on it just in time. I was the one with the warranty which seems to be a full all singing and dancing 3 year warranty from Dell from February this year - but have to find out if it has been transferred to me. Failing that I expect a 12 month warranty from Dabs as a minimum.
Having said that there is no guarantee you will get the same spec machine as me. But having seen the BT PC's what I received matches those specs exactly.0 -
I still have one of the out of stock models in my basket from yesterday.
Will I still get this ?0 -

Do you happen to know the exact Dabs item number that you ordered, as there are two at the same price: see my post above.0
