Hi KC
this little netbook has a tiny keyboard, and if you're not very careful its really easy to hit the up arrow with the 'heel' of your hand while typing, and randomly type what then looks like a load of rubbish.
I've been pottering away looking at my blog as instructed by DT. There was a link to another blog that was a bit more personal, so I've deleted that, and just left the bits that are definitely just me typing random recipes etc. Oh and some blogs by a very good 'arty' friend of mine and f_f's blog as hers is better than mine.
Work - have now got the go ahead to make the changes, so have to put together a project plan, so was mind mapping away this afternoon! Funny thing is, I've got to put the timescales in, so whats to stop me just making it up to create work for myself? Basic honesty probably.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Yep, basic honesty covers it!

Over the last day, have obviously spoken to DS a fair bit, and last night he was feeling sorry for himself as he had a tooth out.
Tonight, Mum rang, to tell me she'd had another attack in the middle of the night. And, no, she hadn't done as she was told and rung an ambulance, she just waited until 9 and rang the doctor. Then sister rang to tell me about Mum, and that she (sister) had told Mum off for not ringing her. So I only needed brother to complete the set; and he's just rung- to ask when Mum's birthday is. You'd think he'd know by now!

Thats exactly what my brother's like - well, he knows when mum's birthday is, but he doesn't know when his sons' birthdays are. And when his ex-wife rang in the middle of the night to tell him their grandchild had been born, he didn't recognise her voice :rotfl:
And I *do* recognise that big tree! I've got a couple of photos of that too!
EDIT - I ignored your poor DS there - sorry to hear about the tooth - I'd feel sorry for myself too in his situation.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Morning,
I don't know what the rest of the country's like, haven't switched the telly on yet, but its lashing it down here.
KC, thought you'd recognise the tree. The rest are of the villages up in the mountains, still can't believe it snowed!
Watched Kirsty last night, it seems weird to me that she finds cross stitch difficult, as I took to it instinctively. Eyesight not good enough for fine stuff anymore as have to keep switching glasses.
It was also too cold and by the time I'd finished on the phone to family it was too late to go out, so didn't bother. I ate the stuff I'd got for today's lunch instead. So will make up for it by having brekkie.

Morning! Its pretty dull and boring here, tho cold - I'm going to have to have a 2nd jumper on when I go see the herbalist.
Hope your day goes well - not as cold as those Spanish villages!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
The weather these last few days makes me just want to sit by the fire. Last night fell asleep watching the Apprentice, so need to go and watch it again on i-player. I've found some more cross stitch stuff I've done but never finished off properly. Some can be made into pictures I think, others not so sure. Bought some wool in the market today and am going to try crochet again. Not sure what I can make it into.
Still kept inside my 'hotel budget' so came home with £20.
Off to see what's left in the fridge.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
