    Hi folks,

the 'wooziness'- which is the only way I can describe it - didn't really go away. I never felt actually ill, just really, really tired all the time.

So managed to lose nearly 4 hours on Sunday going to Manchester Airport, waiting for Mum and taking her home. Not only cost me a fortune in petrol but £4 car parking, and thats using her disabled badge. Got a bit of a fright as she arrived in a wheelchair, but apparently her friends had asked for it for her.

For the rest of the week, I have been getting in from work, full of good intentions and then being too tired. Generally sat down with a cuppa and then fell asleep, not just a 10 minute nap, but frequently for an hour or two. Then we had all the family high drama on Thursday as 2 nephews had A level results, and now its the weekend already.
Was full of plans for a major blitz, as DS is on a course this week, so has both this weekend and next weekend off, but so far have only managed to sort out some of my craft stuff, as if I do any running (walking) up and down stairs I get really tired. Hopefully some of his mates will turn up and help do most of the bigger stuff, moving cupboards etc. and I can just sit on the floor and sort books out :D

Really envious of Karmacat and macgirl with the enforced de-clutter

Somehow managed to spend £70 yesterday :eek:but have worked it out and its not that bad:p

    £3.50 butchers
    £3 Somerfield
£18 Iceland - included 2 lamb joints and one pork
£57 - Asda but included £23 for stuff for DS that he's giving me the money back for and stocking up on cleaning stuff.

So really £40 on everyday things, and enough meat to last for quite a while. Managed to make a roast chicken last for most of the week last week, not sure lamb is quite as flexible.

Hiya, are you going to go the the Doc's to get checked out?

Perhaps you need a blood test? Hope you manage to rest and recuperate this weekend :)

Don't feel under pressure about the decluttering, I'm sure KC will agree that were we not moving, the clutter would still be hanging around for some time!

    Take care x

Haven't done much today. Had a sort out, again, of craft stuff; as there's stuff I've had for years that realistically I'm never going to use. So I took some of it, together with a load of wool and some embroidery threads to a friends. Her daughter works in a community centre and can probably make use of it. DS has cleared the landing, and tidied and hoovered the 2 rooms he uses. He also cleared all the shoes in the hall, and hoovered the hall and stairs, which looks so much better now.

I did a roast today, remembered why I don't cook lamb very often. First, and obvious is the price, but secondly, I love the smell of it cooking, but its a pain in the neck to eat, really difficult to cut etc. Have plated up a few meals for Mum from the left overs, so will take them tomorrow.

Not sure about the tiredness. I'm going to try food elimination as apparently excess carbs can cause tiredness. Hoping its not anything else, as don't really do doctors, and don't take any medication. I don't even know the system for appointments at my local doctors it's 15 years since I last went - then you needed to ring 2 weeks in advance to get an appointment other than with the one doctor who nobody went to. Thinking about it, the doctors I remember probably aren't there now as they've probably retired :)

Good luck with getting to the bottom of why you are so tired...

Perhaps slow down the debt repayment slightly and treat yourself to a pampering session - probably do you the world of good!

Off to work at daft o'clock today. Last weekend some of the systems failed over the weekend, no one has any idea why. So have to go in early 'just in case' as it takes all day to runthis stuff manually especially if people are trying to get on the system. And why is it me? Because I'm the only one without small children.

Lunch today is jacket spud and cheese. Cooked a load of spuds in the bottom of the oven while the roast was cooking.

Still got £30 from weekend shopping.

Hey ho, off to work we go.....

Good for you not going to the Doc's. I admire the DIY approach, so see how it goes but as SH said you might be anaemic or something, so do consider it :)

You have probably been on autopilot for the last few months with the new routine and perhaps it has just caught up with you?
I know if I cut out carbs and sugar for a while I get a surge of energy so tweaking your diet might be the answer.

Well done on the decluttering - hope you got work sorted. Have a good evening!
