ps I think earrings and socks form some kind of mad inter-alliance and run off together at every opportunity.

Officially start new job a week on Monday. All the paperwork says this Monday, but trying to sort out some training and someone to shadow, and all the stuff I'll need is a bit too much at short notice. Means I've got a bit longer to plan, and a bit more time to make some fabby jewellery and finish my *ahem* presents.

That sounds much more realistic for a job at this level! This is so exciting!

Sounds great - and a bit more time to make stuff is never a bad thing :D

I've just been to Mum's and she gave me the Murano glass beads that were broken, it was a double strand ( quite fashionable in the 70's) and only one of them is broken, so a nice quick fix of a new clasp and if ever she goes out gallivanting, she will have some 'bling' :D

Been out for a walk, lovely afternoon.

My first week in new job will be a bit 'full on' as I am in corporate Head Office for a few days, then a different office, and finally a team away day.

Yippee to time to make stuff!

Today was another NSD. Getting quite good at these.

And I've checked some survey sites and I'm nearly at payout on a couple.

New job will definitely mean a new diary, now all I need to do is think what to call it.

I am so glad that sister is back from her hollibobs tomorrow.

I've missed her. And she hasn't actually been abroad, just a couple of long weekends away.
