:mad::mad: on your behalf at the non-rant, thats got to be bad.
I have empathy with your showers too - tho we've had solid rain, surprisingly from the forecast, for about 3 hours now. I really want to go to Sainsbo before it closes, to their pharmacy counter, and I'd forgotten what it was like to go out in the rain
:rotfl:
Hope today ends better than yesterday.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Have just been catching up on pippi's diary. It's so positive all the time. So I'm trying not to *dump*, but its incredibly hard at times.
I am sat watching the tennis, you can't really do better than Nadal and Federer when they are both playing well, the score at the moment belies that.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

It is soo clear that you are maintaining 'control' over what sounds like an incredibly delicate situation with your Mum and other rellies (who appear to be ready to sabotage every time your back is turned for a moment) ... Sending you positive vibes and hoping that your yard is concrete and not a patio (that can be dug up to hide the evidence
 )

            Hi NL,
yes yard is concrete so will take some digging, so too hard to hide the evidence! Mum's garden on the other hand........
P.S good luck with the tunnel 10k. If you pm me your number and what you'll be wearing, I may get a chance to come along and cheer.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Off to Shropshire today. Confusing series of emails from agency last week, so need to get on top of that. Also need to pay VAT.
No idea what mayhem I'll come back to, but I need to concentrate on work.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

I shall probably be in finest pink and may well resurrect my net pink tutu for the occasion. I'll let you know my number when I find the envelope that I stored ever so safely ...
I am staying with the rellies near the lamb, so at least I won't be late or get stuck in traffic

            Hi all
Have no internet in the hotel again, not sure why, it doesn't bother me much, but will ask them anyway.
Sister and mother in the middle of basically a war of wills at the moment. So none of us are sleeping well.
Mother is adamant that she is going home; the only thing stopping her is that she doesn't have a front door key. She would happily go home in an ambulance, in a nightie, and to no food in the house. Suspect there is another rellie 'stirring things' in the background, but obviously can't prove it. This is probably along the lines of 'don't worry, if you want to leave the hospital, I'll look after you'; whereas I've told the hospital that Mum lives on her own so I would be unwilling for her to go home without a proper care package and both sister and brother agree with me.
Families, who'd have 'em??Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

            How unsettling for you
I wish there was a resolution to this, but it doesn't seem to come easily, does it ... I hope something can be sorted that will make your mum happier. 2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
At the moment, Mum won't be happy no matter what we do at the moment, but that's families for you.
I've just cried my way through Waterloo Road, no idea what the target audience is and I'm probably not in it, but its so well done.
I'm meeting a friend for coffee tomorrow, and then I've got Weightwatchers. I know what I should be doing, and think I'm doing it, but the weight isn't shifting, so I'm going to try this for a bit, see if someone else can spot what I'm missing.
Really, really tired, so going to watch the Apprentice and then head for bed.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
