Getting out of my comfort zone

The F/F is in the kitchen so should have more everyday stuff and the little freezer the bulk buys. Its just that over time they've got muddled up. I want to sort stuff out, as am generally good at batch cooking, but then forget what I've got. I need to know I've got space so that if something needs to be used up, and have no time to use it, I can freeze it.
Will do a list later and work out some meal plans.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

My freezer is not that big, so tends to get filled quite quickly...
I do fancy a chest freezer for the cellar so I can get into batch cooking, that's one thing that would save me time and stress if I could get my act together.
Might have a look out for a cheap one. Hope you have a good day Gill0 -

I didn't defrost the freezer, will do it tomorrow morning instead. It'll give me a chance to sort food out for the week too.
Shred DVD :eek:MOI!!! I think not
As for the cordon, it wasn't a false alarm, and some roads are still closed - story here: we really live in interesting times.
Oh yes and someone has left the Christmas tree outside the front door, rather than taking it across the park to the 'pen' so now I may've missed my chance to get rid of it properly.
Well, I'm glad no one was hurt - and I'm glad you didn't defrost last nightthough boo to missing the chance to get rid of the tree properly - was that the very last day?
I've never had a proper freezer before, and I'm still learning about labelling, and not had any space yet clear enough to batch cook - but I will do!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

The things you do as 'displacement activity' - I've washed windows and mopped floors, ironing, and now sewing buttons on...
all to take my mind off how biased ref's are when Man U are at home.
Biased? Me? Of coursebut I'm not paid to be neutral.

Commisurations
Think we're off to the Blackpool/Liverpool match as I got tickets from someone at work.

Hi Gill caught up on your diary again! Sorry xmas didn't go completely as planned - they rarely do tho IMHO. Glad you were safe despite the police incident and hope that you have a great year financially and friendship wise.
We have been slowly decluttering - OH has done 3 trips to the tip recently but it does seem to take forever!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hi mac and SH - nice to see you back again SH
Kenny in charge is good, but he doesn't want it full time, he's said that before. We need some fire, some passion (but then again, refs are clamping down on that too) but its not going to be our season.
Have got no cash left, but will get it back. DS went to the cash machine, and it didn't give him any money, but debited his account, so he can't take any more out. He's transferring the money to my account later. Spent £34 today, so did quite well, need petrol for tomorrow, that's about it.
Off to Shropshire again tomorrow, have just had roasted veggies for tea, so will take some with me for lunch. Also taking some jacket spuds I found in the freezer. So should be a cheapish week.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Off on my travels again in a minute, so will catch up later, assuming internet OK in hotel. If all I took was my overnight bag, it would be brill, but I feel as if I'm leaving forever by the time I take food, briefcase and handbag. Its far easier for men.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
