    why, what did she say?
I was supposed to be having a day off work today but someone has phoned in sick so I need to do the afternoon shift grrrrrrrrrrrr why does that always happen when ive planned doing lots of things in the kitchen? Im going to make leek and potato soup today and was going to try my hand at making some bread rolls but dont think im going to have enough time before i have to leave for work :mad: ( i dont have a bread maker so thats out the window) :(
You don't have to go if you dont' want to, you could always say no, I'm busy. Hope your day goes well tho ;)

Mudbath hope your DS gets good news soon xx

    Big hugs Bevan

LittleGibbon well done on getting a full house! WTG!

Sarah, glad y’day went better than you expected

Big hugs Fedup (change your name)

Hugs Greenbee, hope things get sorted out

Hugs Miss Higgerty, I wish my mum would get her hearing checked, she insists she has perfect hearing and that other people talk too quietly. And the TV has to be up really loud, and she shouts on the phone, and insists that I mumble on the phone despite the fact that everyone else can hear me fine when I phone them. Hmm.

Milliejo congrats to your son for passing his exams!

Big hugs Natty, hope you are feeling better soon. Good news about Toxic, you don’t need someone like that in your life

Headache is still lurking. Struggling to get going today.

HHC @ 10:55 - please join in and help me to get going with my chores!

Cleared 4 boxes this morning, cleared dumped towels and clothes from bathroom (DP grrr!!) dishwasher been on so will need emptying, think the second load in WM just finished too.....

Hope you are all having a good day xx

    Hi all

firstly so sorry to hear of sudden deaths that some of you are dealing with, truly shocking and so sad.

As always sending special vibes of healing and light to Mudders son, Toots, LL and everyone in need of a little positive boost.

Pigpen hun, what a palavar for you yesterday, gutted that after you got yourself there you were treated so badly, hoping the other hospital comes through for you really soon. xxx

Well been a bit wiped out last few days, very tired, had a nap for 2 hours yesterday, when I say nap read 'passed out'....just had to lie down.:o

    Anyway today I have to

    get toilet roll

    cat food

    change money/transfer

    sort our bedroom

    sort bathroom

Myself and DD1 did a huge shop last night so cupboards and freezer full to bursting.

Today is the last day at work for my hubby, he's been there for 25 years and it'll be emotional to say the least for him. His new job is still in the same area but a completely different role.

I don't think I've known anyone for 25 years let alone do the same job for that amount of time.

    Best get on. x

  • Have washed up and s&s'd kitchen, tidied it up a bit too.

Looked for DH's tax return, didn't find it yet but found a cheque that he'd stuffed in among some paperwork so will give that back to him so he can pay it into the bank

Have decided what we are having for dinner: baked bean soup. Got to pay for his truck repairs somehow.

Also, have taken pics of an ikea pic that was hidden behind sofa, we'd forgotten we even had it! Will bung that on ebay

Next job to do: sort out laundry.

Also need to list item on ebay, phone C about her wedding tomorrow, and there was something else, but have forgotten it! Oh yeah, find that dratted tax return
