Morning all.:hello:
I've spent all last night in pain, jaw, gum and ear and got very little sleep. Phoned dentist first thing this morning, went in to a different dentist and as soon as he saw the filling he said he knew what was wrong. The filling was too high, so 5 minutes later he has it drilled down and i'm out of there.:j
He said pain should be gone in 24 hours but if not go back monday.
So i've done no flying today and think i'll go for a sleep now, then do housework later.
Will be back later.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

Turns out my left ear only has 65% hearing in the upper registers. Ho hum. Not enough for a hearing aid yet, they say, but enough to make life tedious.... Right ear is down a bit, too, but not as much.
But what *really* hurt was the fact that the rather gorgeous late-20s-yr old audiologist smiled gently at me as he explained that this was something one had to expect as one grew elderly...
I'M ONLY IN MY 40s CHRISSAKES! :rotfl:

The best thing was getting my hearing aids after everyone else tell me there was nothing wrong, now I think my left ear has very little hearing left with out my aid,:D (means I cannot hear the cat during the night if I am left ear up :rotfl:on the pillow)
I also am only just still in my 40's.
If you don't think the results are right, ask to be tested again (any excuse for you to see the 20 year old!!)

Hello all the lovely flyladies :hello:
Millejo - fab news about your son passing hiss 11+. You must be so proud of him. Fingers crossed he gets the school he wants
Vanilla - poorly tooth is a good excuse to sit and eat ice cream! No chewing!
Hope everyone else is doing well.
I've got my mum&dad coming in about and hour. They've got back from 3 weeks in South Africa (alright for some I know!) and they are dropping in to see me to break up their drive down to Cornwall. Plus the fact my mum hates service station loos! - Lucky it was bathroom day cos mine is all spotless for her!! Gonna fill them in on my now unemployedness, and despite the fact that I am a 26 year old married woman, I'm bloomin nervous about telling them I lost my job! How bad is that!!
Got a few bits to do myself today
Town: Take back top and get refund
Go to Molton Brown to get Xmas pressie using £20 vouchers (got
the one in Martins e-mail then remembred I also had a £10 voucher
