Today's non-negotiable, absolute must-do's:

post postcard for exchange student
buy pizzas etc for tea and generally raid Jack Fulton's (cos my freezer has come back to life!!! :j:j:j)0 -
Morning ladies!Belated wishes for Toots
- Honestly, every morning before I post on here I check the MSE birthday list under the forums and I swear you weren't on there. I am so sorry I missed it and hope you had a wonderful day anyway hon.
Sarahshattered - OMG how much do I want to own those boots?? Even if I could never walk in them (and I couldn't) I could just look at them and love them and stroke them now and again..
LadyL - Well, if ever you cannot get hold of your friend and you are up late, ping me on messenger, I will pm you my addy. Tris... well, he isn't doing so well, they had to change his meds because he became addicted to his pain killers so is dealing with the withdrawal while they try and find something else that works for him. His moods are up and down to say the least.
Smartie - no, despite the sun down our way (Well, I am near Torbay/Exeter) things aren't drying completely but at least they get a head start!
So my lists today are:
Feed the cat at least twice
Brush the cat
Sort and delete 20 emails (they seen to breed if left alone!)
reply to emails
Clean bathroom sink
Spray bleach on the bottoms of the shower curtains
Email R
Fill WM and put on
Ring Dawn
ExtrasPut breadmaker onpost on GC
Write a couple of reviews
Polish computer keyboard and screen and tv
Order garlic and onion sets from Suttons - forgot my gift voucher numbers
choose spring bulbs and maybe order
finish researching dual fuel tariffs online
Download pics from camera - still no working blo0dy batteries
warm gentleto all who need or want them.

morning flyladies!
well for the first time ever I am managing to keep the kitchen tidy and clean after getting my star on Monday!
Went to bed last night knowing that it was clean, all the washing up was done and put away....and I'd even run a load through the WM.
The WM is on again - although I refuse to put the washing out before it gets light! I see Michael Fish has been doing the weather forecasts on GMTV this week - for those too young to remember he famously failed to predict the hurricane of 1987! He says it should be nice here today!
Am currently flicking on here and doing ironing before getting DD2 and DS up.....last night all todays uniform was ironed before I went to bed!
Today I want to hoover the lounge and strip our bed in addition to some ironing...also have to go shopping!
This weekend the Geography project looms large again!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Morning all
Feeling better today - hopefully the lurgy has gone for good - so will catch up on what I missed yesterday and today (but in a gentle fashion...don't want to over stretch myself now, do I?!).
Has anyone been watching Electric Dreams on BBC4? Loved it...and it inspired me to get out the teasmade...was great to have a cup of tea this morning with no effort! Just had to go and switch the boiler on, no standing in the cold making tea!
Hope everyone is feeling OK. Big hugs if you need them...
Right, better get off...have small daughter prompting to do for the next hour and a bit. Fridays are bad in terms of her tiredness and getting her ready for school leaves me feeling like a sergeant major!
Take care
D
