Toots & soappie are right about the chocolate. Coffee, alcohol & cheese are also often triggers. Mine is dehydration or too much sugar. It might be worth doing some research, but the best thing to do once it has started is to drink plenty of water, not eat too much (just enough to go with any pills if they need to be taken with food) and to rest in a dark room until the pain has gone. You may well feel slightly "hung over" for about a day afterwards. TV & computers don't help because of the flickering and the light. When you're better, it might be worth doing some research.
Valli, what photo thread?
Hello Doodledo
Thinking of you GnB family
Fedup I use a spray with water and white vinegar in to do the bathroom (bleach for the loo tho) and it brings the bath up lovely and shiny. Not sure abut the sink as it's a funny non-shiny one!
Have spent most of the day asleep today, and am feeling a bit better now. Migraine still lurking but i hope it's going now. DH woke up with a splitting head so we've both been taking it easy and lolling about whimpering!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Mudders.... IKEA IKEA IKEA IKEA IKEA... facing your fear is the best way to overcome it... CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS ... lol
:rotfl: I'm cured! Mind you, I don't have a problem with Christmas....apart from main presents i'm all done. I don't do Christmas stress apart from last year when DH suddenly realised he'd not wrapped anything at 10pm on Christmas eve. That wasn't fun but I'd had enough drugs to not worry too much.
Your decorating sounds like it's coming along well!
I need to go and dry bed stuff now xx0 -
Hi all. Been too busy to post - not flying tho, working and running round after the kids.
So that Toots can get stars correct TUESDAY is all done:T:T0 -

Mudders - hugs love. And with constipation, you can still go every day but not clear enough stuff out if you see what I mean.
