My eyes are all healed now thanks. I shall find out about how they are settling into the flat when they come round for dinner soon.
I have spent most of the day writing - I need to really push on this if I'm to get the damned book finished in time for it to be published next year.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Well today so far, I've:
changed the sheets,
done another load of washing
written my literacy and maths plans, and the seperate lesson observation form,
taught OH how to hang the washing up again,
eaten soup followed by hm golden syrup sponge pudding for lunch,
drunk copious cups of tea,
hunted online for nut-free cristmas sweets for my class (girl with nut allergy in my class so can't do chocolate this year) - am thinking candy canes, but haven't found a good supplier yet - will wait til the boots evening in half term to look at their jellybelly ones as it doesn't say how many in a pack online,
caught up on emails and on here.
Still have to do:
Record rising stars maths assessment results,
mark literacy books,
mark maths homework,
put dry washing away,
clean kitchen,
hoover and dust bedroom and downstairs,
clean bathroom,
[STRIKE]email plans to colleagues[/STRIKE].
Will ask mentor tomorrow after school what I should do with inset and staff meeting notes etc, and bring home some plastic wallets if necessary.
Off to see if the washing in the TD is ready to put away yet, and put another load of washing on.
OH will be leaving to go to his club again in just under an hour, so may ask him to help me clean the kitchen and downstairs before he goes.
Catch up later.

Oi....just because i'm not about much doesn't mean you can use the I**a word!!!
We all slept in until 11.40 this morning.....still tired but feel a bit more human. DS was in pain again until 4am so no-one got much sleep before that. He's getting quite an education as he watched a programme about the titanic inbetween spasms and then we watched something about the second world war. He's been in pain on and off all day so i've just put him in a hot bath to try and ease it for him. We're now being told that he's constipated due to being on the wrong medication and that's what's causing the current pain. Odd because he's going to the toilet every day....sorry if that's too much information.
I've caught up on the washing and DH caught up on the ironing today. I've just put DD's bed stuff in the washing machine too. Dish washer has been run twice....s/s a bit.
Massive hugs to everyone especially GnB's little one - hope you're both ok xxxx0 -
Friday night may be possible.. will be the Leeds one though as it is closest.. I'll have to see what time xh picks the monsters up.. or I may ask my sister to collect them from school so we can go and return earlier... thanks...
Mudders.... IKEA IKEA IKEA IKEA IKEA... facing your fear is the best way to overcome it... CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS ... lol
I don't think I have any undercoat or any more paste so I can't get that done tonight... oh.. I'll go have a rummage in the shed see if there is any in there. .. I may be lucky!
The rooms looks so much different just for having lining paper it is a real inspiration to carry on and get it finished.
I am rather sticky though lol.
I have wiped the paste table ready for the proper paper and I even washed out the bucket and the brush.
Off to emulsion the ceiling.. xx
Oh, I'll do the new thread when I've got the ceiling painted..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
