Thanks to I luv cats for this info. I gave up on OVI player and uninstalled it after it took £11.25 worth of credit and downloaded only the first two tracks of an album I wanted for my Mum for christmas. I've just reinstalled the software and tried the Vault. I should have read the comment by I luv cats first. It worked and redownloaded the album properly.
Still no credit though.0 -
Hi Everyone
I'm having a slight problem with this. I log in, click on redeem PIN, enter the codes, tick I agree to terms and conditions, and then click continue. It then does nothing.Doesnt say the code is wrong or out of date, it just hangs. Is anyone else having this ? I have reinstalled the OVI programme, but it doesn't help.0 -

Are you signed in? I just click back to the home page (the little house icon) and the credit is shown up the top of the page next to your user name.0 -
I think so, it is showing my user name at the top of the screen, with £0.00 next to it. I tried clicking the little house but it goes back to the home page still showing £0.00.0

Unless someone else can come up with any bright ideas, all I can suggest is giving up. I've managed to get the album I wanted for my Mum now but I still ended up paying £8.33 for a £0.79 track, £11.25 for a £7.99 album and charged double for 1 album.
I'll be uninstalling it now, it's causing far too much hassle for what it's worth.0 -
cant even install the download on a mac!July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0

I've been double charged too, used the free credits and got £16 which it then wiped off after I downloaded on album. The Ovi Player now crashes every time I try to burn a CD. Not impressed!0

Best way is to either enter codes in small batches so not to be overcharged or buy a couple of tracks and there won't be enough credit to be double charged on an album if you have £16!!!0
