Thanks everyone. This is great stuff.
Too bad I can't get any vouchers for the Euro store (to get that one album).0 -
Ew Ew EWWWWWW
DRM protected tracks! Sorry but nokia would have to pay me to take them!!!0 -
they are paying you idiot and all you do is copy them to a cd and youre fine then
/me checks my bank account.... nope wait they haven't paid me a penny so if we're gonna resort to name calling who's the idiot? What the tracks actually are is free. They haven't paid me to take them off their hands which as they are low quality DRM protected tracks they would have to
As for your solution that's a good idea, lets take what are already low quality music files, burn them to CD then rip them again losing even more quality.0 -

Nope don't like to whine. Now if you'll excuse me I'm just off to listen to the poor quality protected tracks I downloaded from the nokia music store on my iPhone..... oh wait I cant!
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=26959249&postcount=23the easiest way is when in the nokia music(go into mymusic when in the nokia programme) burn the track to a cd using the provided software, then just pput the cd into itunes as you normally would. this removes the drm.( you can only do this a few a limited number of times but once on a normal cd either keep it, or use a rewritable one and just keep using the same cd)
hope that helps you get the songs on your iphoneJuly Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -

Thanks. Possibly most helpful response to my post. Would be a lot simpler if nokia made songs from their store DRM free like nearly every other music download site though I guess that would cause issues with their comes with music service that allows unlimited downloads though there is nothing stopping them putting DRM on those tracks and leaving the ones people pay for (or get free with codes) without DRM.
I have solved the issue though through the use of my delete key then downloading the songs I wanted elsewhere.0 -
OK - so far, if you have followed the whole thread, you should have got £68 of free credit, on each account you have created.
What is the best / most expensive / oddest album you have got with all these free codes ?
For the most expensive, I 'bought' John Lennon, Anthology for £34.99, and the oddest - Top Of The Pops, One Hit Wonders, for £19.99
Anyone done better ?0 -
I got tripled charged for a £7.99 album by Nokia music. Fortunately it was free credit, but it still means I could have downloaded two more albums if it hadn't screwed up.0
