ok click the music tab next to the shop your songs will be in there

What phone have you got, and how much space is there on the memory card ? I have got OVI working fine on a Nokia 6300 and a Nokia 5130

It needs to be an 'MTP compatible' phone http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_Transfer_Protocol

When connecting a (Nokia) phone, select 'printing and media' mode when prompted

I've been double-charged once.
(But I just created another account to get a new bag of credit.)

Just to let you all know, I contacted Nokia last week about my lost credit and have just had an email reply from them. According to their email, they have now updated THEIR tools and recredited my account with the exact balance.
I still reckon it's slighty short but I am not going to complain. Even with further double charging I should still get another album out of this.
I don't know if they have really fixed things from their end or not, I imagine there will still be problems. Thumbs up to the Nokia people anyway.

I play mine via "Start / My Music" and Windows Media Player plays them.

I never got a reply to my complaint about double-charging so you were lucky!!!

I also got double-charged once, so there must be a bug somewhere in the software.

I have been double charged a number of times. I even found when I added more PIN codes on an account thast had been double charged down to below £0, that some of the new credit was used against that even !

So pleased I have not paid for this, and that it was just free credits ...
