  • Morning all, had a bit a lie in today as dont need to be at Uni till later! Still plan on taking my trip to nationwide later - I found out yesterday that my employer will give their staff small loans if they are struggling and then they take the agreed amount out of your wages each month (0%) - i have worked for my company for 3 years and never knew anything about this, it may be something i consider doing to clear the very account? I would prefer not to but obviously 0% is better than 44.9%! anyway i'll keep you posted with that.

Also checked my 'tea card' today - I have a cuppa every day when getting on the train home from uni and i get stamp, after 4 drinks you get your 5th free and mines free today!

Right then im gonna go and have a quick look at other peoples post before getting ready!

Hope theres still people out there, and im not boring you senseless now :D xxx

  • Couldn't afford a big PAD to the very account so just paid a £1 off, balance is now £779 still worried about the high interest whacking it back up over £800!!

Got another 2 weeks to knock it down before interest is added, so now need a plan

  • Well done on the PAD. When I'm looking at my figures I only add the interest on once my min payment is gone out, so then any extra PAD's aren't affected. Kinda works in my mind anyway!!

  • Hiya, sorry i haven't posted for a couple of days but with uni full time and working ive been either out the house or in bed! Thanks for the posts though - I haven't heard anything from the DJ i did reply to his email and asked that he communicated to me in writing, yet I havent had a reply from the letter I sent, could be because of the postal strike but to be honest I cant imagine what he would have to say, as I sent him his own terms and conditions and highlighted the section which referred to cancellation so we will wait and see!

Did something a little silly on friday and booked 2 tickets to see Michael Buble so thats £114 gone - but then I suppose we still need some luxuaries or we would drive ourselves mad? and we have already decided that we are not going on hol next year. (look at me trying to justify this )

    Hows everyone else doing xx
