Only pet lovers can understand that pets have unique personalities and quirks that make them so lovable.

What are your pet's little quirks that make them individual?

My cat Dennis listens for the boiler clicking on and immediately jumps up onto the windowsill where his favourite heater is, he always sleeps with 1 paw firmly hooked over the top of it, like a spider with 1 leg on it's web, waiting for the slightest disturbance.
I think he's worried that someone might try to pinch it while he's asleep.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

1 of my wolfhounds's favourite space is in the paddock and when i open the door on a morning she jumps up and opens the gate and lets her self and all the puppies in there! Got to watch the little monkey for it, had to put a bolt on to stop her lol.

Also 1 of my horses chases ramblers out of the field! She hates them, its as if they 'invade her space' haha
Theres 2 types of horse owner, a person who owns a horse and a horsey person ;)

awesome idea for a thread :)

my 5-6 month old balinese kitten, scruffy, sleeps in the oddest positions and sits in the bathroom sink waiting for the tap to be turned on, then dances in and out of the stream letting it run down his face and lapping it up when it gets to his mouth!

Lowis they are beautiful siamese cats!
I love the snoring, SO cute!

Raichee I just want to bury my face in his gorgeous little tummy! I love doing this to Dennis when he sleeps upside down.

He often covers his eyes with his paw, I think he's working on the 'if I can't see you, you can't see me' theory

My dog sits on the lawn on a sunday morning howling when the church bells ring??? This is the only time she ever howls. She's either very holy or possibly the anti christ :D.

Would post a picture but haven't worked out how to do it yet!! :o

I have posted this one before, but this is our Ted. He loves DD's toy cooker and always plonks himself in there when she plays with it.

When my mum and dad's sheltie Jasmine was a puppy, she used to lie on her back with a front paw in her mouth. It was the most adorable thing I've ever seen! Unfortunately she grew out of it after a few years :(

In winter one of our schnauzers won't go to bed until I put the blow heater on to warm herself up after going out for her last wee before bed....think I may have spoilt her :D
