Should I scrap my 11 year old Nissan for a new Hyundai i10?

Keep talking myself round and round in circles and keep coming back to the conclusion that if we wait another few years, will end up spending more on a 'nearly new' car, than we can get this new one for now, with the scrappage discount.:doh:And if we had any major problem with the Almera, we'd be kicking ourselves.
So, planning to take an i10 for a test drive tomorrow afternoon...if all goes well, hopefully we could have a decision by this time tomorrow - and maybe I can get a good nights sleep!
Just have to think about the colour now.....
Thank you to everyone for your input... given me lots to consider, I feel like we've considered everything that can feasibly be taken into consideration. :T
 DO IT!

 :jI did it! :j
Have ordered a Comfort, in Oyster Grey
 Estimated delivery in January.
The dealer says that for cars being delivered in January they will make up the invoice on 31st December, so will get the lower VAT rate . .
In the end it boiled down to:
Safety - NCAP rating 4 for i10 :T, 1.5 fo Almera  (hadn't realised that before!)
Scrappage scheme, which reduced price of i10 by just over 25%.
If we'd waited, we'd have got practically nothing for the Almera and probably ended up buying a 2,3 or 4 year old car, possibly costing more that the i10 is costing.
And we'd have been gutted if we hadn't gone for it and then the Almera needed something major/expensive doing next year() , by which time the scrappage scheme might well have finished.
So again, a great big THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed.:T  :T  :T
However it pans out in the long term, I'm happy that we made our decision after having considered all possible options and relevant facts, and made the best decision for us at this moment in time.
 Thanks again
 Jackie
