i have a jeans dilemma
I've been buying new look hula jeans for years. My last pair i bought late 2009 and lasted until last week. i ordered more and they are now "yes yes" jeans, no hula in sight. they are awful! Same size are skin tight and thin, cheap material. I love substantial jeans, wider leg/flared, can any recommend any?x0 -
I've found these for you they go up to 28.
http://www.very.co.uk/south-mason-bootcut-jeans/737214778.prd?browseToken=%2fb%2f1682%2fq%2fjeans%2fs%2fprice%2c1%2fr%2f100&trail=1589-1682&prdToken=/p/prod6034865-sku9916436
In my experience jeans branded South Mason are made of good denim.
These are a tenner. If you search for South Mason you'll get more at that price, including stretch ones.
The good thing is that if you don't like them you cans end them back for free, so you can try as many as you like.
Also don't forget to use a cashback site. If you are a new customer there are codes you can use.0 -
Thanks Minxy really nice of you look all that up for me, specially at the airport!!! . Hope you've had a great holiday.
I am 5' 6" by the way. I had found a pretty cami and floaty cover in black and cream up from Jaques Vert but the cream trousers didn't look good as I have really heavy fat lumpy legs and it shows thro cream, even tho they were good material. I think all cream trousers would be same. If I could fid some taupe/coffee brown that would be better. Black would be "too black" for outside in 35 degrees.
I even went to a personal shopper in John Lewis, she was very nice and tried to help, but they mainly had all winter stuff, and she didn't tell me anything new about what suits me. The things she gave me made me look old and not me!
I've now got pic of what brides mum is wearing and its just a knee length summer dress, not silky or weddingy. Its outside in Botanic gardens, quite informal.
Ive got a per una dress in silver grey crinkle material with bolero built in, but I really want some shape wear to make me feel more sleek, in sizee 22/24.I got some of those pants from sainsburys that go up to your bra, they were good in theory but at least a size too small, so I need to find similar thing but bigger. Its the best thing so far but I only have one shopping day left, so probably will stick with that if |I can get some shapewear.
I just wish I'd had more notice of wedding then at least I could have dropped a dress size or 2 (possibly)
I really like that evans top and will try it on, if I could get wide leg mid colour flattering trousers to go with it , it would be a really pretty outfit with all the accessories, and I'd wear it lots. I wll have a look for trousers, and may end up taking the dress back. I know trousers are not the norm for weddings but this is low key so I think I could get away with it.
Thanks again for trying, you're so kind. X0 -

Hi guys, I'm wondering if any of you ladies could help me out please? I have had an ebay shop selling plus sizes clothes for a while now, but I have got sick of paying the huge fees every month and I just started my own website.
Can any of you do me a massive favour and check it out for me? I am really needing some feedback on the layout, ease of use, whether these are the kind of clothes you would buy, what you would like to see more of etc? Theres always an element of personal choice when you are buying clothes, even wholesale
I am not allowed to post links, but if you google CSF CLOTHING then my store is top of the list..........
If any of you could take the time to check it out I would really, really appreciate it!
Jane x
I applaud your effort and determination setting up a new business. But it could be not a great move to ask opinion here cause it does sound a little promo
Now as for the website. Firstly, I found it a bit of a turn-off with the semi -n*de pic at the top right corner. This is a clothing business, so, may be model with nice clothes on (ie pretty dress, tops, skirts etc). And may be making the top bar smaller cause it's taking quite a big space of the web page.
I'm not sure if it's just my lappy, but the NEW IN JUST ARRIVE pic were so small and kind of leave a blank space quite a lot. Probably you should bring up the featured product, so, it'll engage potential customer to your web. And the striking pink color kinda cute but making the whole web look less classic and chic.
Hope this help. Nite nite0 -
I was having a look on ebay and found a seller who sells clothes without tags.
They are very clearly Yours Clothing, but sold as Evans!
Absolutely incredible! Never realised Evans is such a sought after brand that they sell fakes now lol
This is an experienced seller, IMO unlikely that it's a mistake.

Hi! I have "boots envy", and I thought I'd ask here...
I've been hunting high and low for wide-calf biker boots, and cannot find any that are not too expensive (ie: around £50-60). I would like something like this:
In black or brown, leather, and sz 8. These are Kangol at Sports Direct and would be perfect except they're not wide fit and there's no chance they'd fit my mahoosive calves (or at least I'm 90% sure they wouldn't).
I'm quite specific, I have this image in my mind and nothing else will do...lol They have to have a chunky sole, and be made of thick (preferably matt) leather, and they have to be EEE fit at the calf.
Any idea???0 -

I have big calves and have bought boots before from sports direct (can't remember what brand) but they fit my calf and have been surprised this winter to get ones from new look that fit my calves too. If your nearby shop has them in go try them on as you might find the same as me.0
