Sorry, bit excited about this but H&M have finally gone for online shopping:j including the BiB range not a huge selection, but a few nice key item's. I may have to get a couple of the tunic tops. Was so gutted when they stopped selling the range in my local store.
    Booo!!!

I ordered 2 lovely dresses and a top from Holy Clothing for my forthcoming hols. They arrived today, absolutely gorgeous as always, but horrors, all 3 items are too small!
I need to return them to India for a refund, it'll cost a bomb

    *warning*
Holy Clothing's sizing is wildly inconsistent, so do please measure yourself carefully and check the size chart for each item before ordering - don't assume, as I did, that the same size will fit you across the range. :o

Just wondering whether to risk ebaying them rather than returning for a refund???

You could have a look first to see how much they sell for to see if it's worth your while (don't forget that the quality of your pics/listing and your feedback will impact on the selling price)
Hope you don't get a bill for VAT etc as well.
  • Just bought a pair of size 22 leggings from Yours Clothing via Amazon. Were originally £12 but down to £5, very nice quality. As they weren't directly from Amazon I had to pay £3.95 postage but that was next day delivery via DPD. Would certainly use them again!

I bought some bits and bob from them and I find the quality appalling (I'm an Ann Harvey's babe, I'm afraid, so I'm used to
top quality - but low price I must add).
I got a shirt with a belt and the metal bits rusted after two weeks!

Also their return policy is ridiculous compared to other online places. Their packing is appalling, they just shove everything in a bag badly folded.

For 'business' reasons I buy lots from all over the place, posh and cheap, and they are the worst of the lot!
Evans packing is one of the best, I must add.

Thanks, I've sent them back already - £17.60 for signed for international airmail. *sob*
I'm going away midweek so didn't really have time to devote to ebaying them. They were all newer styles which I haven't seen on ebay yet, so would not really have known where to pitch the prices.
Totally gutted, they were beautiful items and I wanted to wear them on my hols. A very costly error on my part, I'm afraid.

People seem happy to buy from them on this thread:-

I have bought some stuff from Your's & size up recently, the tops I got were great especially for about £6, they were Tshirt type tops quality seems good to me, but the maxi dress I got wasn't such great quality the seem in the lining was all pulled & I had to return it. They refunded me the next day (but not for the postage I had to pay to return it!!)
The stuff is just folded up & put in a plastic postage bag though. which I've never seen before, even for cheap tat on ebay.
    Booo!!!
  • Size up has got free postage today on just £20 worth of clothing. The 20% off the sale stock is still on too.

Couldn't resist it & got hubby some more Izod Polo shirts - at £4 each they are such a bargain. They are premium quality in the US. It's so nice to get tops that are well long enough for him.

Everything we've bought has been GREAT quality. However hubby knew the brands & their superb quality. Virtually all ours have had their own bags, just a couple of items didn't. Does it really matter? Yes, they come in a plastic postage bag - as most catalogue stuff does - BUT even if ours hadn't had their own bags for the price we paid we'd have been more than happy.
  • I know, I keep hearing positive feedback about them, maybe I was unlucky.

Or it could be that what people define as 'good quality' varies and I'm fussier than most.
However it could also be that they are comparable to comparably cheaper brands. Cheaper brands never made clothes in my size, I don't think many do even now, so I would not know.

About packing, I just got some stuff from Debenhams and it was badly packed too, the problems is that bags are often too big and stuff inside gets knocked about and reduced to a crinkly bundle of material....
