I would recommend buying on ebay rather than their website, as it can work out cheaper, once you've added postage, but also because it doesn't give the impression of an established, reputable seller, e.g. they claim that if you return the goods they won't refund postage costs (which I think is still illegal under DSR).
Looks like they are selling end of line type of stuff, mainly. The mint green grecian dress was on Evans a couple of years ago, someone I know got one for £15 in the sales.
Most of the brands they sell are widely available on ebay, so it's worth shopping around.

Ann Harvey is now available on the Bonmarche website.
I know a lot of people like their quality and you can get things delivered to a store with Bonmarche which is helpful. I don't know if it will be available in store lets hope so.

Finally, they've taken ages.
Had a look on their website, it looks a bit boring, what a pity.
I'm surprised they chose Bonmarche, a lot of people are already complaining on Facebook, old customers are not happy, it could be a faux pas.
I think Taking Shape is so much better (despite all the customer service issues which I hope they will sort out), that I'm not going back to AH, it's not worth it (and 80% of my wardrobe was from them, until they closed down).

Ive ordered a few items the sizing seems about right [at least for me] The quality can vary though ive had some lovely tops but sent back about half of what I order generally.

they only go up to size 22 though, which nowadays is a fairly mainstream size
PS I could only see 22L, while other sizes have a Regular length as well, really limited choice.
