maybe i'm wrong.
I do keep checking ebay but never see anything come up that's just right. I'm a fussy git
I buy shoes from Ecco, they have a huge variety of shoes and boots, but you will find the best ones in their own shops, or online. Clarks and other shops tend to stock the traditional, confy but ugly, type of shoes.
They are pricey though!0 -
Ann Harvey are currently stocking glamorous Chesca lines (I think in all of their shops).
They go up to size 24, so I've never bought anything, just looked and go annoyed that such lovely clothes don't come in my size!
But when I went into my local AH shop, and saw a gorgeous jacket, when I realised that it was Chesca I was gutted! But the shop assistant came to my rescue and told me that they are very generous and I should try one. Well, size 24 was very generous for me (size 28)!
Their clothes are expensive but some items are absolutely lovely, stuff they you would not normally find in my size.
This is what I saw in the shops:

http://online.chescadirect.co.uk/products/239-chartreuse-damson-charcoal-embroidered-wool-mix-coat (this is the best piece, but the picture does not do it justice, it's beautiful and very colourful!)
Unfortunately a lot of tops are too short for me as I like stuff that covers my bum/tommy (like many others have said here).0 -
i have these... and I'm only just 35...lol

Hi everyone, just wanted to drop in and say thank you for opening my eyes to the fact there are more places I can buy my clothes from than Littlewoods/Asda/Evans etc!
I am 24, a size 24, wear size 9 shoes and live in jeans and trainers. I'm am also living in mens t-shirts from Primark at the moment as they are the only things that seem to keep me covered up enough as I'm paranoid about my "bingo wings"!!
Thank you all, and I will be coming back for more ideas!!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

nunnygirl - i'm 26 and size 24 so in a similar boat. Strange as it sounds... try Bon Marche. It looks like an old ladies shop from outside but some nice bits inside, i went with same sized friend on sat and got some nice bits, including stuff for semi-goth friend. Their tshirts tend to be too short sleeved though!
Me, i'm living in Asda long sleeve tshirts at the moment, £4 each, no worries of bingo wings, and keep me warm in my freezing house :rotfl:0 -
Has anyone used Bon Prix just haveing a nosey there now they have a "Plus Size" range but there "Normal" range seem to have large sizes too, the size search thing is brill, wish others were that easy.
Snoopy they have a 3in1 jacket that looks nice bit pricey at £49.90 though. Some of there other stuff is a good price though I'm after a coat & this looks a bargaing fake sheepskin type for £27.90, but it's just not me. I'm more a parka style girl but I can't find 1 I like that look's cosy enough.
Just noticed they are on quidco too 7%.Booo!!!0 -
Just found a new site:

I buy from
www.holyclothing.com
The clothes are fantastic, flattering, very comfortable, VERY LONG!! and everyone comments upon how lovely they are. I am a 24 - 26 and am so happy I found this website. Buy off the original site, they have sellers on Ebay, but they are a little more expensive.0
