1 cup caffetiere - 50p ( managed to buy one a couple of weeks ago after looking for weeks but it dribbled something terrible )

    A toy for my 9mth grandaughter - 50p

A breadmaker!! - £2.50 It is an older design, Morphy Richards 48200, but the inside and pan was like new. The instruction book was there but no measuring cups and that is how the flour etc is measured in the book. I'll ask the peeps on another board. I'm sure someone will know.

Well done everyone on your bargains

Went to a teeny local one and only bought a Winnie Witch book for DD1. Then onto a bigger one a bit further away, did much better there

Disney store princess outfit, new £4
Unopened pack of swim nappies for 50p
Peppa Pig Playground set and Grandpas train (playground not quite complete but DD doesn't care), £3 for both
Baby Gap jeans, coat and tops, 20p each
    Toy food items, 40p
ELC doctors coat and accessories £1
Regulation ballet skirt in DD's size £1

So very pleased with today, the weather wasn't great and loads of traders were allowed in an hour before everyone else so I wasn't expecting much.

Went to my local one today, last one until next year now. Thought I wouldn't pick up much as the weather wasn't great but was pleasantly surprised. I bought:

Brand new 'Let's Cook' kids gft set from M&S for £2
    2 x CD's (U2 and John Legend) - £2
    2 x Next tops for DD - 40p
Blazer type jacket from Next for me - £1
Brand new (with tags) bag from New Look - £1

Best bargain, (in my opinion), was a BNWT's school cardigan and jumper, (both M&S and originally £14 for both), for DD and DS for £3.50. The woman was selling loads of clothes that had been bought for photo shoots and all still had the tags on.
It's wouldn't have not wouldn't of, shouldn't have not shouldn't of and couldn't have not couldn't of. Geddit?
  • I had a good day today, picked up a few things including:

A North Face coat for my daughter 2.00
A Dora the explorer coat 3.00
2 pairs of trousers for my little girl 50p each.
    Fisher price farm 1.00
Fisher price little people christmas village 5.00
    Fisher price airport 1.00
    Fisher price road set 1.00
Peppa pig house play set 2.50 (complete)
A box set of books for my eldest 3.00
A bus puzzle for my youngest 1.00
Lil ladybird pram 3.00 (foe e-bay)
A large play set similar to polly pocket 2.50

Really pleased with the North Face coat, its a little bit big so i will put it back for next year but it would have cost a bomb new.

I went to a carboot on Saturday, wasn't huge, think the rain the night before put sellers off as the ground was muddy. Still got about 4 tops and a skirt, all look unworn and one was BNWT for £3 in total. Also got a set of 52 recipe cards with cakes and things on them for 50p.

One seller also gave me a silk jacket for free as when I was looking at it I noticed one of the buttons was missing so he told me to shove it in my bag heehee.

Went to my first jumble sale in years today and it was poo, about 4 tables of rubbish clothes and a few other bit's and pieces. Don't think I'll bother going to jumble sales again and stick to the booty's.
    2009 Wins = £833

About those Ugg boots mentioned by a poster - real ones don't have any tags, so don't put them on Ebay unless you want grief....
