You are near where my Mum & Dad live then, I have asked them and they have come up with this list!!!!

Beacon Bingo is on every Sun at the moment
    Holcot starts 7th April
Mad Mile has a facebook page also starts April
Sixfields - see website for dates
Duston Mill have their own website & on a Saturday
Overstone will be on around end of April- advertised in the Chronicle & Echo or local fee papers

I think Milton Keynes has a year round car boot not sure where though.

So no need to go to Leicestershire!

    Hope this helps :D

    anything like this?

Thanks for looking - it's nothing like that though. I have identified the sea stac - it's Stac Lee off Bora on St Kilda. I suspect it may well be a scottish artist.

Yesterday was the yearly scout sale - we got there half an hour early and was number 104 in the que (kids don't get a ticket so there were probably 150 ppl infront including kids). This is the third year i have been after stumbling across it by accident!

Didn't get as much as last year but still some fab stuff:-

Baby Party Dress - great for my 1 year old for my friends wedding next month! 50p
Pen pot - 10p ... I need one of these for work and wanted one of the old fashioned different height tube ones so am well chuffed with this pretty boring purchase!
Baby Body warmer (pumpkin patch) - 50p ...have been looking on ebay for one but with postage they were all £4 plus so this is fab.
Baby denim dress, In the night garden hoodie, dressing gown, M&S Knitted dress with co-ordinating tshirt - 50 p each.
Nike Backpack - 50p... will be a spare for my sons school bag.

But the best bargain as a Toysrus Bruin footmuff - 50p.... my hubby pulled the zip of our ||£30 cosy toes that came with our buggy when he was doing it up.... was so annoyed with him....was looking at getting a new zip on ours but was going to be really expensive so this is a brilliant find. It fits our buggy and is very very warm - and has a cool little pocket on the front - was much better than the poorly made original that came with the buggy.

So I didn't buy anywhere near as much as last year (got loads of baby clothes last year but gets harder as not so much around in 1 year old size!) but what I did get was fab - the party dress and cozy toes are both really lovely.

    Roll on booty season...........
Debt free May 2016 (without the support of MSE forum users that would never have been possible - thank you all)

I love a jumble sale but sadly they seem to be few and far between these days! I did go to one last year with my mum and quite sad to say, we were really excited about it!! Until we went in (it was in a local high school) and when my mum admired a jacket hanging on the wall she was told she could have it for a tenner!!! I don't think they really understood the concept of 'jumble sale'!

Was at my local car boot sale this morning and my mum did well with loads of tops for summer and I got a pair of Dune ankle boots, still in box and unworn for £3.00 - was well chuffed :)

Don't muddle them up, whatever you do - each of those would be completely brillaiant at their own job, and rubbish at the other task!:rotfl:
