You're so lucky to be spoilt for choice, down here jumbles are either practically non existent, or all at the same time and miles apart! I love em though, you can't beat 20p an item!Started Comping 25th September 2013.

Wow that lot sounds amazing, was the jumble in a posh area? I always wonder whether that would make a difference to the type of stuff on offer, not that there's loads of choice down here anyway, but then do they even have jumbles in posh areas?Started Comping 25th September 2013.

A good couple of days for me in the local charity shops.
Not the 'bargains' a lot of you have had but very pleased as most of the clothes I have seen have been expensive & rather tatty.
Yesterday I got 2 Per Una summer tops & a Dorothy Perkins top for £4.50 each. They look new to me but without the tags. Also got a new with tags M&S top for £3.50.
Today there was a half price sale at another CS in the town & I got a lovely pair of like new Debenhams winter weight trousers for £2.00 & a new with tags Fairtrade cotton tee shirt from M&S for £2.37.
Last week I got a pair of Principles linen trousers for £4.50 & a new leather belt to go with them for £2.50 so thats me set upfor summer.
I love reading on here what everyone finds. One of my favourite pastimes is checking the local charity shops.0 -
Has anyone ever been to the A47 carboot before? It started back a couple of weeks ago and wondered if it was worth going to? Thank you0

I am quietly celebrating the find of a Panasonic breadmaker for £2.50 this morning at the car boot. If it works okay, I shall be shouting from the rooftop.0
