Well I am back, the set was much cheaper than I thought. Its one of those good shops that fling their stuff randomly and dont price everything. I got all of the items I wanted plus 2 other items for total of £3. Very happy if it sells, have started it off at £14.99, just need to take pics. Fingers crossed.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Hello all! I'm always (well was when I wasn't saving for redundancy!) In charity shops/car boots and jumbles! I love bargains!
My last haul from a Salvation Army Jumble Sale a the beginning of the month:
2 pairs of Rocket Dog canvas shoes
2 Pairs of brand new New Look shoes
Monsoon Knitted Dress
Accessorize Handbag
Glade ribbon candle
Quick Sliver T-shirt
Edinburgh Wool Mill Shirt
Cord Jacket
There was more, but I can't remember what else there was as it's all been washed and put away now, but it came to around £5.000 -
Popped into a few charity shops yesterday on payday
Got a vintage St Michael Floral top £2.00 (the floral design is very similar to one i'd seen in New Look lately that i'd been eyeing up), Burt's Bees Mini Set brand new £1.50 and a Soap and Glory nail set brand new £1.50.
Hope the weather stays alright for my carboot sales at the weekend.

I got a brown leather Radley handbag (yes thats right RADLEY!) from my local hospice charity shop for £2.00, what a bargain!!!
It is in excellent condition and has probably only been used about 4 or 5 times!]

I bought a lovely 1970s felt Balfour hat for £3 today from the charity shop in a nearby town
A great vintage floral maxi skirt for £1 from a jumble. The jumble was really expensive today, usually everything is 10p/20p per item, today nothing was less than £1 apart from a glass kilner jar which I got for 50p to keep the biscuits in.
And a cute black and blue gingham dress for £1.95 in a charity shop too - I already have the same dress in two other colours and its one of my favourites so I am really pleasedNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -

Anyway, one jumble for me this morning - today's haul:-
1. 1970's lace maxi dress
2. Old french crystal glasses - there are some identical ones on eBay for a BIN of £29, so it'll be interesting to see if they sell.
3. 1970's floral patterned tumblers (to go with my ever expanding 70's stash of crockery, glasses etc)
4. cast iron milk pan
5. 1970's ice bucket (can you see a theme emerging here?!)
6. Palitoy "Carrie" Doll - bought in a fit of nostalgia really, but DD spotted it when I got home and has now made her a pink dress out of felt this afternoon.
7. Cuddly panda, which I had to buy as it had a sad face
8. Principles top, DP vest and John Rocha blouse
Total spend £4.70
Love reading about all your bargains BTW!0 -
