no, they arent the video ones, the 3rd gen and 4th gen photo it looks like, and the minis

they come with the 12 month, or at least mine did that i bought a few years back

Not wanting to crow (too much) but those of us lucky enough to have got the 40 GB for £100 + VAT realy got a hell of a deal - had to have been a misprice looking at all prices since - mines still working like a dream - if it was refurbished (which it didnt look like) think no-one need worry abut buying a refurb.

Refurbs are actually less likely to go wrong than new, basically because they have already gone wrong...or returns and therefore before they can resell them the need to be individually tested and quality checked, whereas; new are usually random sampled after the initial automated checks...which can miss quite serious faults
