Look for another mp3 player and then look at an ipod
Another one that obviously doesn't understand what "refurb" means. Not everything that's cheap is a bargain0 -
Are the i mac laptops which sell as refurb any good
any views please0 -
Just checked and the minis have dropped to £60 plus VAT, £70.50 with free shipping still, a good buy just keeps getting better.0

Just to let you guys know, the iPod Mini I ordered for my gf did not come with a case and I am sure it stated it should come with one. So I sent them one quick e-mail telling them I thought it should come with a case and it didn't. They seem to have amazing customer service. They replied in a few hours and sent me out a Speck Tough Skin for free - best part is they are £29.99 on Apple Store! Was well chuffed!
However, got it and the silly iPod skin was sealed all the way round, so there was no way of putting the iPod into it!! Me and gf were baffled!! Emailed Speck, was told there should be a gap so it was faulty. Quick email to Apple and another one on it's way. Can't praise Apple highly enough and now with them down to £70, it's very cheap especially if you can email them and get a free Speck Tough Skin sent to you.:)The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -

Two 1/2 years ago I bought a iBook G3 900Mhz 14" from the refurb store.
When it arrived it looked new, the only difference is that they repackage the computer into a refurb box.
An added bonus, besides 40% discount, was the spec., it stated the computer had 256Mb RAM,
but when it arrived the RAM was maxed out to 640Mb.
The computer is still going todate and has been my main computer.
Yesterday I ordered my refurb MacBook Pro.
Little point, ring up apple to place your order and ask for a discount (4%).
Better than Quidco (3%). Do not upgrade with Apple, RAM is 30% of Apple's price elsewhere on the net.
Needless to say my G3 workhorse will be up for sale.... and this is the world that we are leaving for all our children.:eek:0 -
ipod 20gb with colour screen £69.99!!!!!
(does not qualify for free shipping - need to buy two for that)0 -
Well spotted. I also notice that the Ipod Mini is down to £59.930

It sounds like the 20gb one is a photo jobee. Just bought 2 to replace my 40gb whose hard drive is broken. I said I wouldnt have another but at this price! They are selling for about £120 on ebay used. This signature is not mine!0

Just got my order in. Was actually looking for something non Apple, and memory based (no hard drive) but for £75 inc P&P I can't complain.
Actually sold my previous iPod Photo on eBay a couple of months back for £110."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0
