What I can't really get my head around is how Sharon would allow herself to be endangered in such away. I know ignorance is bliss but what happens when she gets done for fraud? Who looks after the little one?

I wonder if you could help me on the 18/8/09 I ordered a lcd TV from a firm on the internet called I Want That Gift . When I ordered they said they had 10 in stock they asked me to pay with Paypal which I did I thought I was safe. I am Disabled and live on income support and I have saved up for this for months. When I phoned up on the 22/8/09 to make sure that it would arrive in time I was told that they were waiting for them to come in and it could be up to 21 days when I said there were 10 in stock when I ordered and it would be to late for my daughters birthday and could I have my money back. I was then transferred to a man who said they were in stock and I would have it on Monday 24/8/09. I waited until 1/9/09 and when it still have not arrived I phoned and asked for my money back they said that they had not been paid by paypal and I would have to ask paypal for my money paypal say they have paid the money to them on the 18/8/09 and they have tried to get the money back but they have emptied there bank account. I have tried ringing again on the 10/9/09 and spoke to somebody called John Gold /Gould? Who is insisting that they don’t have my money I have phoned Paypal twice now and they insist that they have sent the money but I’m getting nowhere they have £354.78p of mine but nobody cares I have phoned the police fraud and they say they can only act if paypal get in touch with them, I have phone a solicitor but he say’s there’s nothing he can do and has told me to go to Watchdog on the TV I’m at my wits end can anybody help me the place I went to order the TV told me to go to the police I think they know the police would not do anything are people allowed to do this I just feel so low can you help?

The iwantthatgiftuk ebay page has now become 'no longer a registered user'.

I placed 'an order' last month, but become suspicious very quickly thus cancelled 'the order' within a matter of days. Heard nothing from then but then a month later they took money from my account without authorisation.

I have since contacted the relevant parties and will take this as far as I need to, to ensure I get my money back and that these people are brought to account.

Website is down though thakfully.
