Finally got my refund not from Tvsdirect2u,but Flight Tickets Gro, Hemel Hempstead. that's what my CC statement says.

but I strongly advise everyone not to buy from them.

someone from tvsdirect2u (or flight tickets gro ) issued a refund. it wasn't a charge back.
i've sent them a few threatening emails, plus posted a thread here...
they wanted me to shut up :rolleyes: that's why they gave me a refund. i think :rolleyes:
same with Red5. he posted a thread on AVforums telling everyone about this dodgy company. and was given a refund too.

brilliant company this one, if he is saying you would have received your order the next morning, and this email was dated on a sunday, that means the parcel is already in the delivery chain, so how on earth is he going to stop you from recieving it, just proved with one email what a con artist he is, glad to see you got your money back:j

how did you pay? bank transfer? hsbc online payments?
contact your bank as soon as possible and ask to cancel the transaction or open a dispute insisting on a charge back.

Topstock Hinckley Ltd – registered address - 58-60 BERNERS STREET LONDON W1T 3JS (this is just a fim of accountants) company no. 04942214

FLIGHT TICKETS DIRECT LIMITED - 30 NORTH END ROAD, GOLDERS GREEN, LONDON, NW11 7PT Company No. 03483127 – listed as a none trading company, but they seem to be rather involved, Bruce Kennedy ‘director’ has even posted on this forum proclaiming his innocence.

Abuse and threats have been made from a mobile phone number 07777 686627 the same number their office used to call me back after my customer query (though I expect that was a pay as you go mobile and they have another one now for their new website). At least 2 people have contacted the police because of their threats.

Trading standards have all of this information and more, it’s rather shabby that they haven’t done more yet.

These people are thieving scum who will in the end pay the price, hopefully sooner rather than later.
