I wouldn't go near them and if that is a company represent on here they are not doing themselves any favours with that attitude and poor grammar/spelling mistakes.0

I am also a victim of this fraudulent website. Emailed them to check stock and delivery times and they responded quickly. Placed the order and paid via the hsbc link on the website with a credit card. Upon payment clearing no further responses to my emails and phoneline isn't answered. Have never received any order details by either email or post. Have contacted credit card company and await further news.
Anyone any previous experience of this sort of scam and successful in getting the money back from the credit card company?
did they suspend your payment? what did they tell you?0 -
Yet another dodgy company threatening customers on here, it is getting regular now.;)0

I reckon Inactive is right, you will probably have an easier time trying to get your refund off of HSBC.
Thanked for naming and shaming btw, third result on Google for tvsdirect2u. No wonder he's so angry0 -

But HSBC was the website I paid through with my credit card. Surely the credit card company will be claiming the chargeback from HSBC?
No, that is just the company they use to process their online transactions, the actual money will be taken from the account held by tvsdirect2u.
Trust me, contact HSBC and insist on a charge back as you have not received item/s that you have paid for.
The best thing about " charge backs " is the company (tvsdirect2u) will get levied an additional surcharge by HSBC for messing you about.0 -
Inactive, I'm rereading the posts and I just realised HSBC are not the issuer of his credit card. HSBC is what you click on on tvsdirect2u to pay
Contact the credit card company and ask for a chargeback budster0 -

Thanks.
Right, I mis-read it as well then. budster contact your own credit card provider and seek a charge back against tvsdirect2u as outlined above.0
