You should post a copy of the initial order receipt on here with all the company details on it.
Obviously in order to reassure the skeptics this is a proper trading company.
& have you doubled checked your credit card details?

Indeed, as I pointed out to him, and then got accused of being a time " waister "..0 -
I am also a victim of this fraudulent website. Emailed them to check stock and delivery times and they responded quickly. Placed the order and paid via the hsbc link on the website with a credit card. Upon payment clearing no further responses to my emails and phoneline isn't answered. Have never received any order details by either email or post. Have contacted credit card company and await further news.
Anyone any previous experience of this sort of scam and successful in getting the money back from the credit card company?0 -

even a simple email with registration details.
that's what made me suspicious about this website.
then I googled tvsdirect2u and found AVF forum where a few customers had the same problem. no receipt, money gone, no goods received, no emails answered.0 -

my name is bruce kennedy and tvsdirect is my website .
Our website is not fraudulant . I would like the people who actually
have purchased a tv to contact us as all our orders have been procesed
and dispatched to my knowledge .I Also have purchased the domain names for games gadgets and have all there old equipment
not that that is a crime .Also we do not take your money until the item is ready for dispatch so any one claiming money has come out of there credit card i would actualy check to see if it has gone . So rather than try to discredit my legitamate company .Iwould contact me first by email
and i will be more than happy to help.

Hahaha and still the spelling is absolutely horrific!! Sounds like a fab company. I love how they say you would have received your order tomorrow. It sounds like a petty child trying to make themselves sound better.
