    I thought company directors would be able to afford spell checkers...

    I am a member of MSE using the service within the rules, BTW it is waster, not " waister ".

    Well...have you resolved the OP's problem? I believe she has sent emails and made calls, all to no avail!
    The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody appreciates how difficult it is!
