    Hi
my name is bruce kennedy and tvsdirect is my website .
Our website is not fraudulant . I would like the people who actually
have purchased a tv to contact us as all our orders have been procesed
and dispatched to my knowledge .I Also have purchased the domain names for games gadgets and have all there old equipment
not that that is a crime .Also we do not take your money until the item is ready for dispatch so any one claiming money has come out of there credit card i would actualy check to see if it has gone . So rather than try to discredit my legitamate company .Iwould contact me first by email
and i will be more than happy to help.
    Bruce kennedy
    company director
As Inactive and edilass said, you must have permission from the MSE Forum Team to post on behalf of your company.

And are you really the director of the company being discussed on this thread as "company director" is a bit vague - you could be a director of any company?

there is another Fraudulent website trottersindependenttrader.co.uk
same phone number, same registrant ...

Can you imagine the delivery vehicle? Del Boy & Rodders turning up in their Robin Reliant!

I'm surprised the registrars address isn't Peckham!

There are no registered/limited companies trading from this postcode with a trading name that suggests the sale of digitial TV's.

There are 265 other registered traders at this accommodation address and are a mixture of financial and consultancy type traders. So this is nothing more than an anonymous PO box set-up - a virtual office (literally just an address).

There is NO-ONE named Bruce Kennedy in the UK who is a registered Director of any company, let alone this one at this address. Mr Kennedy may well be a sole trader and it'll take a little longer to get those details as a result - but a sole trader cannot call themselves a Director if it is a sole tradership, they are technically 'the owner'.

The OP alluded to a credit card charge going to a "flight ticket group" - could do with some more information if possible (ie, exact name of company as shown on credit card bill), there are 4 registered companies with the word "flight ticket" and all are proper travel agents.

I was asked to post here, but have been waiting the outcome of my CC refund, i was one of the unlucky ones to have ordered something from tvsdirect2u, i originally ordered something to the value of £346.50 on 18/09/2009, after a few days i began to email, phone, live chat tvsdirect2u to find out the status of my order, first time it was processing, next day it was in dispatch with a promise of net day delivery, after waiting the whole day i rang again, to be told it was in dispatch & i should have the item the next day, each time i was told i would get a email with a dispatch notice & tracking no: , it never arrived, anyway after 10 days of getting no where i decided to cancel my order over the phone, when i rang up & told the guy who i was & i was cancelling my order, i was verbally abused over the phone for 10 mins, this guy said my CC was under investigation for FRAUD !! :rotfl:,surely if that was the case my CC company would be ringing me? & he was cancelling my order anyway, because he didn't need customers like me (paying ones) all because i posted a warning on avforums about his company. I asked if he would refund my CC, he said he would, i then asked if he could do it today, he said "No you can wait for it & he will do it when he is ready" & he was going to make sure every company knew about my fraudulant CC???? & he would make it hard for me to use it.

Anyway i have not got a refund from Tvsdirect2u, but i have recieved a payment for the full amount from flight tickets gro, whoever they are .

So at least i got my money back..........

Hope this makes some sort of sense as it's been a busy 2 weeks since this carry on started with numerous calls & emails,

When you can, go on YouTube and search for Only Fools and Horses - it's a classic UK sitcom :)

Although the van isn't really a Robin Reliant/Reliant Robin, it's a Reliant Regal (I think), and Ricky Hatton the boxer owns it now.
