After returning the dispute form to the credit card company finally got my money credited back to my credit card. Transaction description states "Purch-Domestic Reversal, www,tvsdirect2u,co Hemel Hempste". Won't be making this mistake again. Goodluck to everyone else in getting your money back.:money:

I have UKinfo v14 here, so it's all public domain info that isn't going to be that relevant however:

Olders UK infos show residencies of the aforementioned, people can take themselves off the register by simply not registering to vote, they will probably still live there, still be on the Council Tax etc just not on this register.

Currently as far as 2008 goes there are two residents registered ( please see disclaimer)

1. Mrs Shirley A Barrett - 01462 ******
2. Ms Barrett

These are two different people not 1 person who recently married, there is no overlap on this register possible and it's very odd that we have a 'Ms Barrett' nearly all of the records I have ever pulled on Ukinfo have a preceding name meaning our Sharon Barrett has quite possibly registered herself there now to distance her liability (which it won't).

Note that Sharon Barrett, whilst on the 2007 register is no longer on the 2008 but the business is. Meaning they are still there.

General searches for John Paul Barrett gets 2 hits in Glasgow, ergo, he's more than likely at his previous address.

Thing is guys this is all pretty irrelevant as they will ALL be on the Council tax and are findable to those that need to find them.

Not that in conversation with Mr Church he referred to, time again, Ms Barrett and being his partner / wife and it seems they weren't actually married or she is using her maiden name.

My advice is to press on with your compaints to trading standards and the police who will be centralising enquiries.

Also, please don't muddy the forum with lots of messages the same.

id be very careful what details you give this person on here...Make sure it is nothing more than an email address and an order number.
