Hi all,
Read this most days but haven't posted yet so hi :hello:
Got loads of DFW stuff to do today but just struggling to get any kind of motivation at the moment! Went and did a big shop this morning because I had a voucher for £7 off if I spent £50. Felt really pleased with myself as I followed my list to the letter and got the essentials at just over the £50 (even though my shop took about twice as long!) Was walking away from the till when I realised I hadn't even got the voucher out my bag let alone given it to the cashier haha. Had to go to customer services and tell the nice lady I had been an idiot and she gave me a refund. So thats the kind of day I'm having really!!
Going to take my head out the clouds and make a start on the 3 boxes  of paperwork I have been avoiding for the past year
Hope everyone is having a nice (cheap) blustery weekend

weather is gorgeous here now, still blowing a gale but the sun is out so I've washed the bedding and it's all now billowing like mad on the washing line. (lots of extra pegs)
I love fresh cool, line dried bedding! :T
I've thrown all the windows wide open, dusted and hoovered everywhere so it's lovely and fresh, lots of fresh cool air filling the house, particularly in the boy pit!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Hi Smithy and welcome to the daily chat! :T
Sounds like it's a very productive day for lots of us here! I've even dusted and wiped the leaves of my plants.
Dennis seems to like the wind blowing through his fur, he keeps nipping in and out for a quick blast in the garden then comes back in all fluffed up.

You're a quiet lot today.
Blowing a gale here - just rescued the patio chairs.
What's up with OH Sally>0 -

Hi bookie,
I think we're all busy having an autumn clean up, I keep dipping in and out between jobs.

I am tired and ill and Mum is doing the classic my sister perfect conversation and subtley putting me down. Its freaking marvellous. I am so lazy. what with my two jobs and my 12 hour days. I didn't realise the way to be ing prodctive and useful was to live with a rich guy and not work.
Its always the the same. I am better off going to bed.

you can't go back to bed, you don't have time.
