I is off to poole on the train with the kids for something to do. DD has accumalated £30 in pocket money and obviously Dan has his own money now so if he wants anything its only fair he has what he wants within reason, me picking up what I forgot off my asda list unless anything catches my eye in primark.
need it to stay dry as may bribe DD to cut the grass when we come back:D laters x

i've just been to the post office to send a couple of bits back to evans - used the free elivery (and £5 off code ) so I'll get all I paid back rather than losing the delivery charge. I was very good - the newsagent the PO is in has some really funky fun money boxes and I nearly bought one. There are 4 - the blue elephant with the springy legs was my number 1 choice However, it was 3.99 and I thought it a bit :doh: to spend nearly £4 on something when I could just as well put the £4 in the plastic tub on the windowsill!! Phew - it was close though :eek:

OH is out tonight and I was thinking :j I can have a takeaway and some alcohol, stick the disco night on the radio on . I was then (kind of) good and thought 'no' to the takeaway - so I've bought a packet of fresh pasta and some fresh sauce. Still a bit more expensive than something already in the house but a good halfway house. I have 2 bottles of cider in the fridge so no need to buy the alcohol either. I did stare very longingly at a bottle of rose in Asda though but I managed to walk away

Brrrrrrrrrrr....very autumnal out there this morning and blowing a gale.....sun's just come out though so it might warm up a bit.

We're having a very lazy morning..DH did just cut my hair for me though :T

DD2 is off to a bowling party later, why they have to have a party 20 miles away is beyond me, luckily a friend is taking her and someone else is giving her a lift home. DD1 and I are off to look for boyfriend cardis later and I need to pop into the library as they've reserved the Alan Davies book for me
